Overview of 4SPELL files

Below you will find a list of files that are used by 4Spell:

Note that sound files are not required. The ones supplied with 4Spell are only examples. You can use any other .WAV file if you like.

Tool lists:

CHARSET.4SPELL
Indicates which language uses which character set (default is ANSI). When you want to add a language: add the dictionary, update the CHARSET.4SPELL file and add the language to the *_SPELL.LST files.
FORMATS.4SPELL
Indicates which formats are available. This file is automatically updated by 4Spell when you add a new format.

Currently 4Spell supports the formats: TEX, HTML, RTF, ASCII, and BIBTEX. Not all formats need the files specified above, since some files are rather TeX specific.

A list of available languages (odd lines) and their abbreviated codes (even lines).
